lingering topics

At the moment the only thing that came to mind was graduating and being able to transfer to a 4 year college. even though my major is paralegal i want to pursue occupational therapy. sounds crazy i know but i just want to have two different degrees under my belt. i feel like nothing in this world is guaranteed and if you have the opportunity then why not take advantage. it will take me a while to complete those degrees but I'm willing to to whatever. i want to able to feel and know that I'm secure.

going to a 4 year college can be never wrecking especially if you have one in mind already. The college that i choose to go is york college or Dominican college. these two colleges offer my major and i have already applied for them so im hoping and wishing that i get accepted. pursing occaputional therapy is something that rearch on and i know can do it and it's something that pays very well so why not go for it.

i guess you can i had alot to think about but it's my future and i just want to be able to know that i will be ok especially the way things are right now. there are no jobs and money is a huge issue thats something im tring to avoid and be able to give my parents something cause i know they work really really hard to get me where im at.

  1. i completely agree with your lingering thought. I too fear that if my degree and future career will be a success or enough. Everyone wants to be safe with their future careers. My lingering thought dealt with fear as welll but fear that my future career wont be in demand as it is now or wont be as many job openings.

  2. I have the same opinion, my plan was to transfer to a four year school but things never go as planned. I feel that when you come to college you are unsure of what and who you want to be. But as time goes by you change you aspects and it becomes difficult because you realize that your not the only one that is doing this career and that there is so much competition. You want to be secure and know that you are not doin the work just to be unemployeed.
